"It says delivered, but where is it?!"
The tracking barely updated at all, and then it suddenly says delivered?! Nothing ever showed up, so I’m just left wondering what happened.

"Felt stuck dealing with support"
I tried reaching out about my order and felt trapped in this back-and-forth that went nowhere. The replies took forever, and when they finally did respond, they came off kind of rude and unhelpful. It ended up being way more stressful than it should’ve been. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

"Pretty discreet, though the follow-up was a bit much"
I ordered this while I was trying to get a bunch of errands done before the weekend, and the package showed up in plain packaging, which I really appreciated. No weird labels or anything that made it obvious what it was. The only thing is I kept getting a few emails afterward, and that felt a little too noticeable for something that’s supposed to be discreet. Privacy-wise it seems mostly okay, just not totally perfect. Overall it was fine, I just wish the follow-up communication was more low key.

I’ve only ordered from Hello Mary once, but everything went the way you’d expect. The confirmation emails showed up on time, the site didn’t give me any sketchy vibes, and the order arrived without any issues. Shipping could’ve been a little quicker, but as long as everything shows up and there are no surprises, that’s what matters to me. I’d be comfortable ordering from them again.

I gave this a couple tries because I’d seen other people saying it worked well for them, but it felt weak for me. It took longer than I expected to notice anything, and even then I didn’t feel much. Shipping was totally fine, so no complaints there, but compared to what others seemed to experience, the potency just wasn’t there for me. I probably wouldn’t order it again.

"Not What I Expected"
I was expecting way more based on what was promised. There just weren’t many choices, and most of the stuff felt pretty much the same. After a while, it didn’t feel worth digging through anymore, so I gave up fast.

Overall, the quality is good and it feels nicely made. The only thing I noticed is that the material is a bit thinner than I expected, especially when you hold it up or feel the edges. Still, it works fine and I’m happy with it

"Pretty frustrating to use"
The pages were loading really slowly, and then they kept freezing on me. I’d click around and just end up waiting, or it would stop responding altogether. Kind of made it hard to get anything done.....

"Be ready for a frustrating age check"
The site itself is fine, but just a heads up, the age verification was a real hassle. It took way longer than it should have and kept asking me to verify again, which got old fast. I was just trying to browse, so it definitely made the whole experience feel clunky. If you’re in a hurry or don’t have patience for repeated checks, this might annoy you.

"I bought this thinking the learning guidance..."
I bought this thinking the learning guidance would be a lot more clear and useful. To be fair, there were a few decent bits in there, I guess, but most of it felt basic and like stuff I’d already seen for free online. I also kept feeling unsure about what I was actually supposed to do next, which kind of defeats the purpose. Maybe it works better for total beginners, but for the price, I expected more. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Rewards were more hassle than they were worth"
I tried using a promo code at checkout and it just wouldn’t work. Then after I placed the order, the points I thought I had disappeared too. I ended up having to go back and check everything myself, which felt like extra work for no reason. Frustrating experience.

I’ve ordered from shophellomary.com a couple of times now, and it’s been a really smooth experience each time. The freshness has been great, nothing felt dry or like it had been sitting around forever. The smell was still nice when I opened it too, which I appreciated. Shipping was fine, and overall I’ve been happy with everything.

"Showed up at the worst time and totally smashed"
The package arrived completely crushed and barely taped together, which was really frustrating, especially because it showed up at the worst possible time when I needed it ready to use. Luckily the item inside seemed okay, but the packaging was terrible. Definitely not what I expected.

I ordered this thinking it would look like the photos and match the details on the site, but what showed up was different. The material felt off, the fit wasn’t right, and the color didn’t look like what I expected at all.
Maybe I missed something, but it felt misleading. What made it more frustrating was trying to get help and not being able to reach an actual person, just automated responses. I wouldn’t have bought it if the product page had been clearer. Really disappointed.
